Site-Licensed Software

Both the university and colleges obtain/share site licenses for popular software applications and in most cases, make it available to faculty, researchers, staff, and students across campus and sometimes at regional campuses. Some of the software applications may be put on personally-owned machines. Please see the table below for more information.

Academic Computing Labs Software

Software applications in the Academic Computing labs vary across units depending on what software is used in classes. Unit-specific software applications typically require Computer Committee approval.

Many of the lab images include a number of utilities. Please check the department of interest for details regarding their software.
