  Special email services using UES, such as special mailboxes, "S" and "R" accounts.
• Request Listserv
  ETS provides creation, modification and management of group email lists or Listserv's.
• Request Office 365
  Office 365 is a full productivity suite of applications available for PC, Mac, and mobile devices including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, OneNote, and OneDrive with 1TB cloud storage.
• Request Qualtrics Consulting/Training
  OSU students, employees, and guests are eligible to create surveys using the University’s site license for Qualtrics. ETS staff can assist with advanced Qualtrics survey initiatives.
• Request Voice Services
  Voice services via Skype for Business offers unified communication which includes national calling, voicemail, call forwarding, and conference calling.
• Request Organizational Email Account
  ETS can help provide, modify and manage organizational accounts for teams, groups, and functions, etc. which are created within the University Email Service.

• Request Website Consultation, Design,  New Site Request
  CoE websites are based on Drupal, which provides a flexible feature set and easy to use interface. Sites are hosted on Pantheon, a hosting service that provides us with redundancy and geo-locational optimized serving for optimal speed and reliability.
• Request Website Training (content management training)
  ETS provides video based training for use of CoE Drupal-based websites. This training is designed to help new users get started with Drupal, and provide a good reference for current Drupal users.
