Examples of the 2023-2024 Academic Computing Lab Image, which contain all software and settings that are distributed to academic computing lab machines in the College, are available to test. Simply visit our Labstatus page to download a Remote Desktop file and remotely connect to live academic lab machines.
Accessibility Tips and Tricks
One of the most requested digital accessibility accommodations received from Student Life Disability Services (SLDS) is to have captions added to videos. MediaSite makes adding captions to pre-recorded videos easy! If you receive a request for captioning, take a look at the Creating Accessible Media page on the ETS website and select the MediaSite section.
Upcoming Work
Beginning Thursday, August 17th at 9:00PM and lasting approximately 4 hours, ETS will be updating the Ivanti/Pulse VPN service. Existing connections will be terminated, and the service will be unavailable during the update period. There will be no remote connectivity into the College of Engineering networks during the update. Once the update is complete, customers will be prompted to update the client version on their own device the next time that a connection is attempted.
