Did You Know?

The school year is ending, and some students and employees may be leaving the university. Now is the time to make sure you have access to any files they may have and to make sure you change any shared passwords or other access mechanisms! Students have access to OneDrive for 2 years following graduation or withdrawal, but employees separating from the University lose access to OneDrive on their separation date. Regardless of separation reason, it is a good idea to be sure files are located in/moved to a shared location (Teams channel, S:\ drive, etc.). Even if an individual has granted you access to a file before leaving, if it resides in their personal OneDrive space, all access is lost.

Accessibility Tips and Tricks

 The first week of May is Deaf Awareness Week. This week, take some time to learn more about deaf culture. A great way to support the deaf community is ensuring your digital content is accessible. ETS has great resources about digital accessibility for those who are deaf/hard of hearing.
