Special Note

As a result of Career Roadmap, several ETS staff are moving to an hourly position mapping today. This is a change for the Engineering Technology Services organization as we make sure the staff impacted adhere to a 40 hour work week.  As a reminder, ETS will only be addressing first-level support calls from 8:00a-5:00p M-F. Our approach to widespread technical emergencies will not change, however.
