Ohio State accounts are being targeted in an increasing number of phishing attempts.  Bad actors who send these campaigns often try to get login credentials to gain access to account details, and thus Ohio State’s internal systems and protected information.  The Digital Security and Trust (DST) team constantly monitors for these threats and works to mitigate potential damage.  However, phishing attempts are growing increasingly sophisticated and bad actors are learning how to bypass some security measures.  Play an active part in protecting your information from scammers by evaluating external emails for possible risks, reporting suspicious emails and changing your password. if you notice unusual activity.   Read More>>


Accessibility Tips and Tricks

Word documents are one of the most convenient ways of conveying and relaying information. Creating accessible Word documents can be done easily by implementing a few simple guidelines. Upcoming Work

  • Between Friday, August 5 and Tuesday, August 16, ETS will be replacing some of the network switches and upgrading others in multiple CoE buildings.  During those periods, wired network connections will be down or have intermittent operability in the affected areas. These updates do not affect wireless networks in the building and those services will not be impacted.

 

The schedule is as follows:

·         Monday, August 8 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. – Baker Systems Engineering basement, 2nd, and 3rd Floors
