- Communications Services:
- Jabber (instant messaging/chat) Server for Offices, Faculty, and Staff
- E-mail hosting for hosted domains, faculty, and staff (by request)
- Mailing lists for quick e-mail distribution (the so-called 'listserv')
- iCal (calendar) Server for faculty and staff (by request)
- Wiki and Blog for users and groups (including all students, faculty, and staff)
- Wiki, Blog, and Web Calendaring for groups
- Web Services:
- Web Hosting on home servers with at least 2 GB of space for all accounts (including students, faculty, and staff)
- HA Web Hosting for college departments and organizations related to university business
- Quicktime Streaming Server for streaming audio and video (BETA)
- Podcast workflow processing and hosting (BETA)
- PHP and MySQL consulting
- Equipment Loans to faculty, staff, and students:
- Conference microphones
- Audio/Video/USB cables
- USB wireless remotes (for presentations)
- Laptops (faculty, staff, and departments only)
- Data backup and recovery (see the lab policies for a description of what is not backed up)

- Technical Service and Support for all faculty, staff, and students on university owned devices. Visit our help desk
- Workgroup shared storage for all departments, offices, and workgroups (by faculty or staff request)
- Network home directories and server space for all faculty, staff, and students
- Technology consulting for college of the arts courses, galleries, and related services for faculty, staff, and departments
- Network rendering farm (deployed for Cinema 4D only at this time)
- MCSS compliance for all college network devices
- Domain name service (DNS)
- Network IP leases (DHCP)
- Network time server (NTP)
- Central authentication authority and directory services, supporting Windows, Linux, and OS X
- Computer imaging, deployment and inventory
- Software packaging and deployment, supporting Windows and Mac OS X
- Software licensing and auditing
- Printer setup, deployment, and accounting
- Windows terminal services for Mac OS X faculty and staff to support any Windows or ActiveX specific application (e.g. OSU Travel)
- Remote network access for faculty and staff via our VPN
- Network administration, security, auditing, and perimeter firewall management for all college networks
- Security monitoring and logging for all computers and labs
- Computer lab management, installation, and maintenance
- Software update management for Windows and Mac OS X
